Classic Iced Matcha Latte (Starbucks Style)
Ingredients:
* 1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade)
* 60 ml hot water (not boiling, about 80°C)
* 200 ml milk (oat milk or dairy works well)
* 1–2 tsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
* Ice
Instructions:
1. Sift the matcha into a bowl or cup to remove clumps.
2. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the milk.
4. Slowly pour the matcha over the milk (for that pretty layered effect).
5. Stir and sweeten to taste.
Warm Vanilla Matcha Latte (Comforting & Creamy)
Ingredients:
* 1 tsp matcha powder
* 60 ml hot water
* 200 ml warm milk (almond, oat, or dairy)
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions:
1. Sift matcha, then whisk with hot water until smooth.
2. Warm milk and vanilla extract together in a saucepan or microwave.
3. Froth the milk if desired.
4. Pour the matcha into a mug, top with warm milk.
5. Add maple syrup or honey, stir gently.
Coconut Matcha Latte (Tropical & Refreshing)
Ingredients:
* 1 tsp matcha powder
* 60 ml hot water
* 100 ml coconut milk
* 100 ml almond milk or water
* 1 tsp agave or coconut sugar
* Ice
Instructions:
1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.
2. In a shaker or separate glass, mix coconut milk, almond milk, and sweetener.
3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the coconut mix.
4. Top with matcha layer, stir before drinking.
